At Lomma Hårdkrom we have a machine park that can handle most things - from small details to really large industrial parts. Thanks to our modern and customized equipment, we can offer everything from hard chrome plating and repair to belt grinding and polishing with high precision and quality.

Hard Chrome Plating – What Can We Handle?

  • Chrome bath for parts up to 14 meters long, 320 mm in diameter and up to 10 tons in weight
  • Large chrome baths with space for parts up to 12 meters long, 800 mm in diameter and up to 10 tons in weight
  • Extra deep chrome baths, ideal for large components up to 2 meters long and up to 1500 mm in diameter
  • Centerless grinder that can handle parts up to 6.8 meters and 160mm in diameter
  • Centerless polisher that can handle parts up to 10 meters and 180mm in diameter
  • Belt grinders that can handle parts up to 14 meters and 1500mm in diameter
  • Cylindrical grinder that can handle parts up to 4.2 meters long and 800 mm in diameter

 

This allows us to tailor the finish to your needs, whether you need new chrome plating, refurbishment or some form of sanding.
